"My experience here was nothing but a nightmare. I brought in my volvo because I was having issue with a sensor that was on and I was told to come back since it’s going to take time to figure out what’s exactly going on. I came back and I was told the total amount for it to be fixed will be $2,800. These guys are total ripoffs and I’m glad that I didn’t agree to it so I told the guy at front desk that I will take my truck somewhere else. As soon as I told him that he said from the time my truck was inspected I will have to pay $570 just for diagnostic which is pretty absurd. All they care about is ripping your hard earned money off and just quoting money like it grows on trees. One of the front staff I’m not sure what his name was but he’s very unprofessional and rude. I ended up buying the parts and taking my truck to one of my guys. My truck was fixed for $400 so that alone tells me that these guys are seriously scamming people off. I will never bring my volvo here and I would also recommend people to stay away from this place unless you want to be broke!!!!"

"I bought my pre owned Volvo truck from here, I had concerns about buying a used truck but Bryce Rhoton was super helpful and very transparent through the whole buying process, I have also purchased an extended warranty for ease of mind with a great help on the prices. Unfortunately we could bot put the truck on the road asap , and my truck stayed on their parking lot for a month and they allowed it , even run the engine for me everyweek. If you are on the market for a used truck or a new one here is the place to go. Ask for Bryce."

"PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THIS SERVICE CENTER! Absolute waste of a time. All lies and deflection tactics for 6+ hours. Went in 7am, left with the parts in hand (two hose lines and a NoX Sensor) that was to be replaced. Charged me for the diagnostic that took 5 minutes to determine a leak and a bad NoX sensor. Which I still didn’t mind given business has to make money but after 6+ hours the truck is STILL sitting?!! Derrick the service manager was completely useless and couldn’t even muster two whole words together to find out why a truck that came in at 7am is still sitting in the same spot at 1pm. Aside from “I’m sorry but we are backed up”…but yet since 7am I spoke with multiple people (Heather, Kevin) checking in being told “oh just waiting on the parts department to hand over the parts” (11am) then several hours later around (12 noon), “oh we’re handing the technician the part, the parts department just gave them over, any minute now!!” then (1:15pm) “I’m sorry we’re backed up please don’t be upset there was miscommunication).. If you don’t speak half decent English these folks will take you for a RIDE! Be carefully. My poor parents were there for 6+ hours with CONSTANT deflection tactics and excuses. Ended up paying for the parts and diagnostic fee and finding someone else to install a damn hose line and sensor."

"These guys are robbers. I took my truck just for a coolant leak and showed them the exact line what needs to be replaced. They guy came with the quote of $3300+ taxes. He said we will change all 4 lines and your pump is also leaking which was perfectly fine. When I entered the dealership at 7.00 am there was no leak from the pump. Only leak was one broken line which was just $75 plus the labour to change. Then they said we will charge 2 hours min labour for diagnostics which will be adjusted in total time spent on your truck. Later they charged me 8 hour labour charges when they completed the work in just 6 hours and justifying by saying that 2 hour diagnostic charge is separate when I already told them what line I need to replace. Big time no to this place. One coolant line broken and they came up with so my unnecessary things ended up paying $2800. BIG NO TO THIS PLACE. STAY AWAY MY FELLOW TRUCKERS. I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS."

"Good evening, please see attachment above. Our company driver recently came to your shop to get a PM, Brake Adjustment, and Federal Inspection. During the visit he waited for over eight hours to get service done to his truck. He was told that the driver right wheel seal was leaking and that the part needed to be replaced. The part was out of stock and the stores around the area were closed because it was late. He had to ordered the part from Nacarato in Nashville, TN. Once he went to get the part put on he was told there was absolutely no leak at all. I am saying all of this to say, your technicians gave our driver misleading information on his truck along with the estimate. Hundreds of dollars could have been spent for no reason at all. This is unacceptable to put our company at risk to be out of service. The attachment shows the right wheel seal as well and the estimates. Thank you so much for your service and time. P.s Driver make sure u ask to see the malfunction is sad that we have to double check their work thinking that this is a replicable shop they overcharge and give an incorrect data."
