"This company installed a new hvac system in my Condo in July. Only turned my AC on, to make sure it worked. I had scheduled for a technician to come back out as my furnace is hooked up to gas & was informed a tech should always start it first & make sure it’s working, and they never showed. Now that it’s fall and had a few times i would’ve needed to use my furnace, it doesn’t work. i have called 2x left voicemails. i’ve texted, as when i decided to just turn my furnace on myself (per instructed by the tech the day of installation) it doesn’t work !!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. ONLY USED THEM, as my home warranty at the time selected them. very disappointed !!"

"I neverrrrr leave a review. And I mean ever. But for this company I definitely had to. This is the WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. I’m honestly in disbelief & shocked how they are still in business. Straight up. Any person that goes through this joke of a business (jamestown hvac J hvac…whatever) would be a fool."

"We used our home warranty and was assigned this contractor. They came out and then did not turn in the report after multiple attempts to contact them through the home warranty. Extremely disappointed in this as it has delayed our ac getting fixed and leaving our family including children going through the heat wave without air. Instead of being honest and informing anyone they wouldn’t finish the work we’ve been waiting for over 2 weeks for the process to go through our warranty to get someone else to come out. I do not recommend this service in any way and their voicemail is full and you can’t contact them. The part we need works for our ac and furnace so we are screwed to keep our house temperature regulated until someone else can fix it."

"THIS company is a nightmare. If you have a home warranty tell them do not send this company. We had a time frame that was not met after calling the only working number this place has I was braided by nasty replies from them. The person I spoke with even hung up on me! If I was contracted by a company to service home owners, I would be on top of it and communicate at least a timeframe for service. I spoke with the home warranty company and requested a different contractor. This company should be removed from the preferred contractor list based on poor communication and professionalism from their office staff."

"My home warranty company sent Jamestown HVAC out to fix my condos AC unit. I was weary because their reviews weren't great. However, Joe T. & Jeremy G. came out the next day to service my unit. They identified the issue and fixed my AC unit within a half an hour of arrival. They were professional and called 30 min prior to arrival. All communication with this company was done via text, which I loved. If I called and left a message someone text me back within an hour."
