"Did not show up for scheduled estimate. Had to call myself to reschedule. Came the next day but I am still waiting for written estimate from 3 weeks ago. Called to ask for estimate and was told they would call or email estimate that day, still have not heard back. Obviously they are not interested in smaller jobs (shower door replacement)"

The techs that came to the house were courteous, neat, respectful and did help educate me on our well pump and hot water recirculating pump, 2 things being from the city I had never encounterd before.
