"Carmichael’s Springfield Ohio said they couldn’t find my address. Do they know about modern day GPS? So my washer isn’t getting fixed. I will never call them again nor do I recommend them"

"One star since 0 isn't an option. Horrendous customer service. Supposed to be an "authorized repair" for Frigidaire but refused to accept a work order for the repair of a brand new, unused appliance, and hung up instead. After talking to them and reading the reviews of their pathetic service, I'm glad to not have any further interaction with them."

"I called to see if they would work on my appliances asked what they would charge. I said I would have to call them back. Lady before she hung up said unbelievable waste of time. So unbelievable I will not be calling them back."

"My husband and I bought a stove from them and had them deliver/install.. the sales rep was great, and the delivery guy did a awesome job even though you could tell he was stressed and struggling;part of this is presumably due to the demeanor of the boss. He knocked on my door at the end of the installation, and was rude to me at MY house, so I can't imagine how he treats his employees. As long as you can avoid the owner, the experience is pleasant."

"We had a scheduled warranty repair for 2/21/23. They called on 2/21/23 and said their tech called off and we had to reschedule. Rescheduled for 2/23/23. They called at 9:26 am and left a voicemail the tech would be at our home between 11:30-2 and to call back to confirm. I called back at 10:14 and had to leave a message and I stated I would be home for the tech between 11:30-2. They called me at 11:37 and said they just got my voicemail and unfortunately the tech has already left the area and we would have to reschedule. Totally unprofessional."
