"I will start off with these guys are amazing. Every person I talked to and met we're just outstanding . We lost our heat on christmas day out of all days. Temps we're in the -1 to 9 degrees. I was in freaking out especially with kids. On top of that our water heater blew as well. Holt Brothers responded quickly and had our furnace and water replaced and working in just 2 days. I spoke to Mike on the phone. He was kind, amazing and always did what he said he would do. I felt relief and comfort speaking with him. Brendon was the guy who came for our furnace and another guy for our water heater. Brendon was amazing. He was kind, very knowledgeable, and made the experience amazing. Plumber I forgot his name sorry! But he was amazing. Overall my experience was amazing and at the end of everything I felt relief and so was impressed I didn't even care about all the bad stuff that happened. Prices we're great and they fixed everything that needed to be fixed. We have heat and hot water thanks to these wonderful people. Best service I have received in a very long time.
