He jumped straight into troubleshooting a brand new furnace that hadn't been tested out before (and wasn't keeping up with the latest cold snap), having ideas immediately on what to tweak. Found that the system was constantly overheating due to the untested fuel-to-air ratio and was shutting itself off, and he was able to optimize it very easily. I really appreciate the way that he kept me posted on everything he was doing and teaching me about how the system works and what to watch for. Amazing customer service, I highly appreciate it!"

"We woke up Tuesday morning with no heat at all because our furnace had died and it was 60 degrees in the house. My wife was referred to universal heating and cooling and we were really glad she was. I called and less than an hour a service tech was here. Our furnace was 25 years old and needed to be replaced. By 3:30 that day, we had a new furnace and it was warm again. Our service tech Hayden was awesome at helping us thru the process!! The installation techs were nice, and extremely efficient.
