"Nick arrived at the scheduled time for our annual furnace heating system check. He was very cordial, asked if we had any questions and went about his business. At our request he installed a new media element in the humidifier, cleaning out the unit, and adjusted the humidity controls. He reported that after his tuneup the furnace was functioning properly and offered to answer any questions. We were very pleased with Nick's work and his manner."
