I went in there 1 time a week and they did not have any info for me, finally one day I went in there they told me it was a pump and they were trying to get it, i asked the woman at the desk to give me a call if they could get the pump or not she said no problem I will call you tomarrow. (could have gotten a pump for them) that was on a tues, and guess what no call and it's the monday next. So I went picked up my boat and left. Almost 2month wasted. I understand boat places are busy and parts are delayed but keeping your customers informed is important also. They mite do great work but communication sucks."
