"After waiting two weeks for an appointment, I was told that my hearing aids would be in August 25th. They would call me for a time to come in. No time was set, so I called them yesterday afternoon. They said I had been a 'no show' for a 10:00 appointment. I didn't have an appointment yesterday. Now I have to wait another week to pick up my hearing aids because "we only have one representative for this part of Ohio". If you are looking for good service, I would suggest that you look elsewhere. Apparently they don't have the personnel to handle the customers. The problem is not with the hearing aids. It is with the lack of acceptable service."
