"I called five, I repeat, five times to see if someone could come and service my broken washer. I was asked if I wanted to go on vacation to several places, if I wanted to go on a cruise, and if I wanted a $100 gift card. I was passed along automated system after automated system. Once I finally got to speak to a person, they forwarded me back to another automated system that would not give me the option to talk to another person. Not to mention the fact that all of the operatives didn't speak English very well and I had a very hard time understanding them. I usually don't have trouble with understanding people that speak with an accent. If you advertise that you service appliances, it shouldn't be that hard to get someone to come out and service your appliance. I eventually was rude to the representative and gave up and will never call back."
