They had it ready to pick up the next day and they even cleaned it, felt like I picked up a new system. "If it were possible I would give them zero stars. I took my phone in to have my charging port replaced. Not only did they delete most of my contacts but they deleted the operating system on my phone as well making it nothing but a Wi-Fi game phone it cannot be used as a functional phone!"

"Went to fix my XS Max at Fix or Cell Now on Wayne Ave. Nothing was wrong with the device other than a crack on the back of the phone. Still had original screen with no issues, original battery, and housing. Dropped my phone off to replace JUST the back glass. Upon receiving my phone, not only was the back glass glued on crooked (as shown in the pictures, there’s a lip now) but it seems like they decided to give me a free aftermarket battery replacement because now my phone can’t recognize if it has a genuine battery or not. on top of that, true tone no longer works which means that an aftermarket screen was put on the front of my device as well. DO NOT BRING YOUR PHONE HERE!!!! Please spend the extra money and get it fixed by a PROFESSIONAL company that isn’t full of crooks. My phone literally power cycles every 2 minutes now after taking it to this place. BEWARE."
