"Recently I took my PC to Staples to have them do the following repairs to it. Back up my data, remove all malware, spyware, antivirus such as McAfee, Avast, Norton, do any clean up that needed to be done on the hard drive, remove cover and clean out broken disc and check DVD-R, upgrade to Windows 10 and load new McAfee antivirus on it. They quoted me a price of between $400 and $500 dollars. Depending on weather they could still get Windows 10 downloaded for free and if the DVD-R didn’t need to be replaced. When I went in I asked them to check the DVD-R out first to see if it was ok while I waited. They took my PC to the back to take the cover off and check. The Tech was only back there Approximately 5 minutes when he returned to say the DVD-R was shot. Right after he told me that in the same breath he said that he could sell me a desktop pc at a reasonable price. I told him to put my PC in the cart and left. Before going in I had checked to see how hard it would be to remove the cover of my PC and I knew he hadn’t even tried to take the cover off because it would have taken longer than he had spent. Next I did a search for PC repair near me and it brought up TechPro Nation. I called them and did an inquiry into what it would cost for what I wanted done to my PC. Nathan said that he thought he could do what I needed done for $140. depending on weather DVD-R needed replaced and if Windows 10 was still available to me. I took it in May 15th and I didn’t expect to get it back for at least a week, but he told me it would probably ready by Tuesday the 19th which really shocked me. Nathan said that he would call when it was done. Come the 19th my PC was done and it was only $139. He told me to let him know if there was anything not working the way I thought it should be and he would help me, he also said that the PC was in good shape for the age. I have now had my PC back from repair for 2 weeks and have recovered most of my data. I have had no problems with it. It’s like a new PC. I can’t say enough about the job that TechPro Nation has done for me. Everybody needs to stay away from Staples and other places like them they only want to take your money and provide bad service. I would highly recommend anybody that needs reliable PC repair and tech support to contact TechPro Nation. They are the best."

"I had deleted a folder that I had a multiple amount of pictures in it I had call around to several different places two of them have yet to call me back one of them told me since I had deleted it it's gone for good I had called these guys I spoke to Nathan and Rodney and they told me to go bring my computer in and see what they could do . I took my computer in they told me the process that they would have to do to try to recover this folder and they were very honest and upfront with me and they gave me a price of what it could possibly cost to recover this folder they are the two honest guys I had ever talk to about this kind of stuff they held true to the price and I am very excited to say they was able to recover my folder of my pictures and again they held true to their word as far as the price .So if you do have a computer issue if nothing else give them a try . They are again to very honest guys and they will try to help you if they can I was very pleased with the service and they answer the phone ."
