"DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! We hired Jack to install a new furnace. Red flag#1.. it took 2 months, multiple appointments and numerous no shows and always had an excuse. Red flag #2...asked to be paid before clean up was done. He said there was a few things left to clean up- maybe 15 minutes left to do it. I paid him and he immediately left and didn't come back for days and left the furnace off. When he does finally show up to turn on the furnace and clean up his mess, he complains the whole time he could be making $$ somewhere else. Now the furnace is on, he's left but the house isn't warming up correctly . Call him again. He stops answering our phone calls and text messages. We end up calling a different contractor to find out he installed it wrong and now the warranty is no good because the furnace issues are from incorrect installation not furnace malfunction. We ended up paying for a new furnace to fix the issue."
"Came promptly and repaired my furnace. Our heat was out and it was 28 degrees outside. He showed up within the hour and had us up and running. Saved us from a terrible situation and didn't cost a fortune"
"Do Not Hire this company. The owner regularly uses personal problems as a reason for not returning phone calls and significant delays in completing prepaid installs/renovations. Has left a senior citizen without A/C for more than a week during the hottest part of the summer. Didn’t return a phone call to another senior citizen having issues with their A/C as well."

We were having issues with our ductless air conditioners and not only were they one of the only places that could work on our specific model, they got our appointment in ASAP (much appreciated with the heatwave going through our area). Personable, fast service. We’d recommend them in a heartbeat."
"Would recommend to anyone!!! Jack, Joe, and Justin are professional and super nice. My quote was honest and my home and family were respected the entire time. These guys even ran into crazy insulation issues and triple ceilings in my whole home install. It took them double the amount of time they thought it would and yet they continued to work with smiles on their faces!!! Best guys, hands down. Jack is also amazing at giving referrals for other companies to help with other things. Don’t go with another company. ARROWHEAD all the way!!!!"
