"To start off I the lady I had was really nice, but for the first 5-10 minutes she was on the phone with someone speaking her language, which I was like that’s fine she was doing it for the girl who went before me too. So in that 5-10 minutes I didn’t say anything and I just let her do the beginning of the nail cleaning. Then out of no where she said what length, I was startled so I stuttered before saying the length I wanted (almonds mid length). Afterwards she continued to talk to the person on the phone which I wasn’t really bothered by, then she again put of nowhere hung up on her end of the phone call, and asked me what color I wanted to do, as I said before it startled me and I stuttered, she didn’t seem to mind it which was fine. The whole time she started to do the acrylics and stuff on my nails we both said nothing, which I’m okay with I don’t really like talking to the people who do my nails, hair, or anything like that. So I was okay with it, but after a while she was filling my nails and she was being very aggressive and I don’t have sensitive hands at all, she was literally ripping apart one my nail beds. However on all the things I said she did a very good job on my nails and for it being my first time with acrylics!! I love them so much and I think it was worth it!"

"The older lady who did my nails was more worried about responding to texts during the beginning of the appointment, then she talked on the phone on speaker the entire time with I’m assuming her husband, whom was yelling quite loud. Never said a word to me besides asking if I liked the color. Not a very relaxing experience, very rushed, quality of the manicure was not worth the money, zero customer appreciation or service. Won’t be going back."
