"They were contacted at 530pm by AAA to tow my car. At 900pm I'm told they all went home for the day and it won't get towed. I would think AAA would want to do business with more professional tow companies."

"After telling them to not get my car, that I was calling a different towing service. They preceded too show up anyways steal my car without the keys, dragging it onto the flat bead and ruining the front end and possibly the transmission of my car. They keep hanging up on me so I had to go up there with the police and get my car from them. Worst and rudest towing service I have ever experienced. Definitely getting sued."
