"I have been going here for about 5 or 6 years, even after i moved from Streetsboro I still travel back for Loni, Nick, and Will's nail expertise. Their prices are reasonable even when she has to raise the prices to reflect supply and demand requirements. Other nail shops that I have been to change their prices frequently. You can call and ask for their prices and when you get ready to pay its completely different. I love this shop. I am always happy when I leave with my nails and feet. Keep up the great work you all are awesome."

"First and last time customer. I usually do my own nails but after working 45-50 hr a week (not nails) for the last month. So I decided to treat myself to a full set by a “professional”. I made my appointment two weeks in advance and was told the last appointment was at 5pm. I told her I got off work at 4:30 and it would hard to make that time but insisted it was the best she could do even though they close at 7pm. I was on time tho but they were running behind. And to my surprise while I was being served at least 5-6 customers came in after my appointment began. I wanted a short natural nail and I got transparent nubs. For the lady to be doing my nails to be the manager there was absolutely embarrassing. I didn’t want polish because I have my own uv lamp at home. But to not finish without cleaning up around my cuticles and topping off with cuticle oil was it for me. On top of that the customer service was meek and lacked on many levels. No manners whatsoever. Never again!"
