"Appointment was at 10am and they ended up showing up around 1:30pm. Needed them to snake my toilet drain(s) as they were not flushing. I specifically said I wanted a new flange on the front toilet as I’d believed it was damaged to begin with. I agreed to pay the price for it. Charged me $600 for their service and the front toilet isn’t even bolted to the floor anymore. I pulled the bolt up with my bare hand. Called back after the weekend and asked if they could come back out to fix it. They said they would come 9am the next day and never showed up. My toilet is leaking everywhere now and is much worse than it was before. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy."
"Damn near half the price of any other company out there was able to get the job done quickly and they were extremely professional. I would highly recommend."
"The guy on the phone promised to send someone out to one of my rentals three days in a row. No show each time. After being frustrated enough, I called a different company to help out. Will never call this place again."
"Scheduled an estimate, received a call that the plumber was running late and I would be called when he was on his way. Two hours later, and an hour past my appointment, I had not received a call. I called them and dispatch told me that the plumber was still busy but he would call me within the hour. One hour later still no call. I rescheduled the appointment. On day of next appointment I received no call during my appointment time. I call them and was told that the plumber was busy and that I would receive a call shortly. It never came. I canceled the order and will find a plumber who wants to work."
"Overall the issue was fixed, BUT I had to pull teeth to get them to even show up. Although I read reviews of lots of no shows, it was a Sunday and I was desperate! The first day (Sunday) I called, they said they would send someone out and with no surprise, it was a no show with no call to let us know. The next morning I called back and he said they would be there at 9. At 9:30 they show up and unclog the drain. The employees seemed professional, hard working, and knowledgeable in the field, but their boss man was going to still charge $50 for a travel fee and $200 for the 30min it took to unclog the drain. Because it is Roto Rooter I anticipated the price to be higher then a local plumber, but being charged a travel fee after all of that? Really? After talking to him on the phone he was willing to take the travel fee off due to what happened the day prior. If possible, next time I’m waiting for a local plumber to open up after the weekend instead. I WOULD ONLY USE ROTO ROOTER IN FINDLAY AS A LAST RESORT. And even at that, be prepared for a no show."
