"After observing the water flowing back towards my garage door at my home built in 99, I called Cody at Concrete leveling & Repair and sent several pictures to him showing him my concerns. I was given an estimate which would correct my worries of the sunken concrete on the approach to my garage door and the gap between the concrete slab and my foundation. He came out and lifter the slabs and walkways to address the direction of the water flow and sealed up the gap between the concrete and foundation. My neighbor was also impressed with Cody’s work he was able to address his concerns also the following day. I am pleased with the work, done promptly and at a reasonable price."

"Although our sidewalk is better than it was, we were not totally pleased with the finished product. We requested a return visit, which was honored at no cost, but the sidewalk is still not acceptable. I called three times for them to correct it again and finally got a return phone call on the fourth try. I offered to pay more to get the sidewalk fixed, but we were told we would be charged a minimum fee of $250 when we had already spent $400 for the original work done. I offered to pay more as I said even though I don't think we should have had to. But $250 more was way out of line in my opinion. The men were pleasant to deal with but sadly we will have to live with what was done. Can't say I would recommend them to anyone I know."
