"Took in my game console for an HDMI repair. They did repaired that, but it stopped working after about an hour. After online research I found that it was not put back together right, fixed that myself. For the outrageous price I paid I expected better."

"I made an appt to get an iPad charging port fixed and received an email and text confirming the appt. When I arrived, the store was closed all day. So I made an appt for the following day. When I arrived, the guy told me that if it was the charging port, they don’t fix those and I would have to go to another store because “they don’t know how to do those” at the Findlay store. Why even allow someone to schedule an appt for something you know you can’t even fix? I don’t live in town either so I made two unnecessary trips."

"I brought an individual in I was working with to get their phone fixed. The individual had broke the sim slot trying to switch it from one phone to the other. He found a phone in the back for parts and pulled it out and fixed her phone in just a few seconds. He also decided to fix it free of charge! The individual I was working with wad without a phone for a couple days and was so happy!!!! He was very kind about the situation with the individual as well! Would definitely recommend taking electronics there to get fixed."

"UPDATED: In response to my first review below, I received a call from the manager requesting more info on my visit and he also offered to get me back in asap. Second appointment went far better and they repaired my screen in under an hour. Not impressed so far, hoping the actual repair redeems the experience. I went online to schedule an appointment in advance and filled out all required info only to show up at time of appointment to be told my particular device requires more time than they have me scheduled for, before they even inspected it."
