"Do not recommend. Not everyone in the salon provides quality of service. The woman who did my nails filed them super short and all the nails were uneven, as well as the nail polish. If you looked from far away they looked ok but looking closer they looked poorly done."

"I called and asked if they had time for a last minute appointment. They said sure come on in. I got there and they were fully booked! I would have had to wait 1 hour. Be honest and say that on the phone when people call for last minute appointments. I know you do good work but the lady in particular that day was rude. She also called me cheap for picking out nail polish that was not gel. NOT going back here."

"I made an appointment to get my acrylic nails removed and was told it would take about 30 minutes, which is typical. When I arrived, they put acetone soaked cotton balls on my nails to dissolve the gel. I have had my nails done hundreds of times, so I know the acetone should only stay on for 15-20 minutes usually at most. Another costumer came in and my nail tech started doing her nails and left me sitting there for almost an entire hour with the acetone soaking on my nails. She never once came over to check on me or start on my nails and worked on the other costumer. After about an hour of being completely ignored and letting my nails soak in chemicals, I got up and walked out. I have never in my life had to do something like that, and I have never had such terrible service at a nail salon. My nails were completely ruined and I had to finish taking them off myself. My actual nails are peeling more than they ever have before after letting straight acetone sit on them for an hour. This place is gross, unprofessional, and destroyed my nails. I wish I could rate it zero stars."

"I wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone who isn’t a regular. Definitely felt they have favoritism to familiar faces which is understandable but unfortunately I wish the service was the same. My gel pedicure was a little messy, I still have some gel left on my skin which I can try and get off myself. While doing my pedicure, she had to stop midway to assist a coworker and when she returned I felt she rushed through my massage. Also, I wasn’t very satisfied with my dip manicure. It felt rushed because more people kept coming in. This was my first manicure in two years as I told the lady. I was expecting my cuticles to be cut, lotion, possibly a hand massage, and a more flawless finish but sadly I didn’t get any of that. I feel my dip is way too thick and by the time I got back from washing my hands the lady had moved on to the next customer. I know that they were busy but I appreciate when nail salons make you feel like you’re the only one there even though you may not be. Sad to say I don’t feel I will be back."
