"Today is Friday at noon… came in to get a pedicure. I’ve been before and walk out feeling great. well not this time. I choose 40. Basic Pedi w/Callus.. this was the results after done. I’m not satisfied at all. I mention it to guy and did a bit more and then painted my toes and sent me on my way. Now i have to pay 40 something dollars, and still need to go and get a real pedicure. This is not my go to place no more. Think before you enter.. I will try other place in beachwood mall. Finish pic added. walking out the same way I entered… After sharing that I was unhappy. Another staff member came and re-done my feet the right way. Thanks for the quick turnaround. I’m totally satisfied with the service the young lady provided."
