"Manager, Jennifer doesn't return calls despite leaving many messages, they do credit checks which is fine but it's obvious they only check one, as they require certain credit score, which on different report I met their requirement but didn't check Experian. Very disappointing even though I had choice of apartments I wanted but I wasn't approved since Jennifer only used one report. So sad, could've had a good resident! But overall. I love it there as well my Godmother loves it there too. Good area it has emergency call buttons outside bathroom in case you need help. But if it weren't for Jennifer's mistake I would be living there close by to my Godmother. Which I had to find elsewhere to live. You missed out! Residents love to garden, which see lots of flowers, beautiful. It's convenient to shopping I could've gone shopping on my scooter."

"I have been at Nottingham Court for a little under 2 years . I came here in the middle of the worse period of my life with needing a place to live ASAP . Jenny and her staff made my new home possible in a very short period of time . This was a life saver for me that is appreciated and will never be forgotten . I feel safe here which was super important when trying to relocate . It’s in my budget, has a park like setting that I absolutely love and is in walking distance to anything I need . My neighbors are awesome and we all look out for one another . I can socialize on my covered patio out front or retreat to my enclosed patio out back . That area has become my summer sanctuary. We recently had move my elderly uncle closer to family from middleburg heights . Jenny was able to accommodate his needs and place him in a perfect for him one bedroom here in another part of the property. This has been a huge load off for our family so we can help him with doc appts, shopping etc. He is very happy and grateful to be here . Jenny and her staff have been nothing but professional, helpful and accommodating. Although everyone’s needs and wants are different, I am happy to be a resident here."

"I have lived at Nottingham Apartments now, going on 7 years. I have never had an issue with management or staff. They have always been helpful and understanding. Please don't let one or two bad reviews by disgruntled people change your opinion. Saying the police were called because the manager was concerned about ratings is ludicrous. Maybe the police were called because she was being threatened by a relative of a resident. Tell the truth. Additionally, she has been know to care for pets, and pick up mail for residents who are either in the hospital or on vacation. She has a challenging job. Some people just can't be pleased and, will always find something to complain about. Some of these reviewers clearly have personal issues and feel the need to drag down a very capable and fair manager. It's a great place to live and overall, very nice people."

"Jennifer is an excellent Manager at Nottingham Court. The place is well maintained and the courtyards are beautiful. A Senior complex is one that has many challenges due to tenants that may have health issues, the start of dementia or other issues that tenants might face. She is excellent at keeping confidentiality and maintaining professionalism on a very challenging demographic. I would recommend Nottingham Court to your Senior family members in the area."

"My grandmother had lived in Nottingham for the past 8 years. Nottingham has never been perfect and is ver far from it but it’s what my grandma can afford unfortunately. Recently my 65 year old grandmother went to the hospital and when it was obvious she’d be in there for a longer than a few days she asked me to come feed and let her dog out after work everyday. Considering she lives in Medina and I in Bay Village (50 minutes) and I work construction sometimes 12 hour days I would stay the night at her house to avoid during this 3 week period. Jennifer the property manager was aware of my being there as my grandmother told her I would be staying there to help with her dog. The week of my grandmas release from the hospital the ac when out in the apartment. And I let Jennifer know so my grandma can come home to a comfortable house. She had her maintenance man named Mikey come over and install a window unit for the time being. While being there in the house he noticed somethings such as a bag of my clothes and my video game system set up in her living room and promptly informed the neighbors that my grandma is on government assistance and I’m not allowed to be there. I was informed and obviously tried to reach out to Jennifer to figure out the story because my grandmothers neighbors don’t need to know that she gets food stamps because I was taking care of her dog and I have yet to her back from Jennifer. I’ve reached out 3 times personally and my grandmother had tried too and still nothing! Should show you how much they care for the feelings of there residents and there families. I would absolutely consider looking elsewhere if you are considering nothingam. Medina has plenty others to choose from!"
