"Attempted to call to make an appointment because I wanted multiple services done (manicure, polish, nail art) but was unable to get through their phone line. Ended up booking online and left a voicemail expressing that I wasn’t sure if it had been scheduled correctly. After 5 minutes I received a text saying my appointment was cancelled. I’m disappointed they don’t reach out and verbally consult with potential clients."
