I was given the typical breakdown for coverage, quick and painless, was NOT asked if I was sure or pushy about taking the added costs on. Signed for the vehicle and it was mine for the week. No issues while driving the car out of state and back. Went to return it, was even easier and painless than the simple hand off. I was very pleased with the overall rental process and cost. I will be back the next time I need a rental vehicle!"
