"Uncarng, Unresponsive office staff. Office rarely open. $695 a month lot fee only Inc. water, sewer & garbage. No pool. No clubhouse. No party room. Only care about money. You are just a number. Nasty Threatening Eviction letter taped to your door if the lot fee is 3 days late. Leave new trailers blocking the streets for months in end. Ban you from the office if you complain. Corporate wants to pack as many new $80,000 (+ lot fee) tin can trailers in as possible right next to each other. Will be moving out ASAP."

"North ridge cove, owned by haven park Is basically An absentee landlord. We are without management for 5 or 6 months at a time And when they do hire someone they don't last but 2 months. I have lived here for 5 years, I'm 83 years old. When Their water meter broke from The meter to the street I was told it was their responsibility to fi, which they refused. I was without water for 5 days. The management, Which i very new here was very rude to me. The rules and regulations to our leases are never reinforced. I have seen pictures of rats sitting on porches in the back of the properties which I am sure is an additional health hazard. I am 83 years oldI am 83 years oldI am an 80"

"They give out rent checks late - also supposed to give a 5 day grace period. Even when I got my rent in before the 5th they charged me a 75$ late fee but charged my mom - who’s was turned in with mine $50? They lady in the office is a rude as the day is long and will blatantly ignore phone calls and people she doesn’t want to deal with. She does not know what she’s doing plain and simple. They shut the water off around 5pm with little to no notice to almost every resident. They refuse to hire someone who works holidays for residents as most the park sits without water… ON CHRISTMAS DAY while the worker tells us we ruined his holiday. I do not recommend any new lookers to move in here."

"Came to check out this trailer park, as my sister will soon be selling her home and possibly considering relocating. She has several friends, that have sold their homes and relocated to a trailer park. I impressed with the general office staff. Very friendly and willing to show me all the options available. Did a tour of the grounds and was impressed. I did visit after one of our most recent snowfalls and was impressed that the grounds were cleaned and walkways cleared. Went past the new playground and new models available. Once my sister has sold her home, will definitely revisit again."
