"Not great customer service. I had an appointment for 12pm with my Mom. We came in and waited until 12:35pm when my mom was called in that time a walk in came in without an appointment saying they had to be somewhere at 2 and were taken ahead of us. Then when I was called back and already about to sit down someone else said they had an appointment at 12:15pm and have been waiting. I explained I had an appointment at 12 and had been waiting longer. They still took the other person first. My mom was done with hers and I was still waiting. It is now an hour after my scheduled appointment and I am still waiting when 2 other people were cut in front of me by the employees. They cut the nail way shorter than asked and rubbed lotion on my hands for about 30 seconds..they only care about getting as many people in as they can and making money not the quality of the service they are providing or their clients time. What is the point of having an appointment when you don’t follow the order of appointments and are over an hour behind anyway. They were still scheduling more appointments for that afternoon over the phone when they clearly were already very behind"

"I've been coming here for about 2 years now. I've had almost everyone in the place do my nails. They are all very friendly and personable. Everyone greets me when I come in and it makes feel special. Mei and Rhiya are absolutely amazing at the art they do. The wait time can be 30-40 minutes from time to time, even with an appointment. However if you have patience, it's 100% worth the wait. I've been to numerous nail salons over the years, there's a reason why I've settled on this one. The environment and the way they treat their customers is top tier!"

"I sent my daughter here to get acrylic nails, French manicure with nail art. My daughter was charged $124.20. The prices that she asked for were not posted. I went up there to try to get a refund of some sort and they refused when she had an appointment it took them over 35 minutes to call her and then it was almost 2 hours before her nails were done and she had an appointment. I would never recommend this place just because the service sucks and you try to talk to the owner and all they tell you is it with inflation that’s why it was charge so much that it should’ve been $108 I said OK will go ahead and give us the refund then for the difference and they refuse to do that as well. I’ve never paid more than $80 to have what she had done."

"My mom and I took my daughter here for her Birthday, she got a princess manicure. They were nice, but instead of letting my four year old stay sitting next to me while her nails dried they took her to the front where I couldn’t watch her. I asked if she could come back by me and they said she was fine…the employee that did my moms nails was very rude to her and when filing on the side of her nail they cut her and made her bleed. My nails were probably the worst of all three. The employee doing my nails had to keep stopping and asking what to do, forgot the hot towel, but it was taking so long I didn’t bother to mention it. My nails look like I painted them, very sloppy, and there is even paint around my cuticle area not even on my nails. They came to check if we were done drying(small area too) and said we were good, my nails were no where close to being dried but we left anyway because we were so disappointed. We will not be going back!"
