"I wouldn’t even put one star if I didn’t have to but here’s why!! Growing up I was always told women get taken advantage of which is why my dad and then my husband would never let me do things with companies without them. 2 years ago my heating system completely went out less than two weeks after losing my husband to a heart attack. Masters came out and told me what they were going to do and it would cut my costs in half and be more efficient! Well it’s DOUBLED my cost!! Not only that but this is the 3rd time in 2 years they’ve had to be called. First time my upstairs got down to 38* and come to find out that unit in my attic was installed wrong!! Since then (last year all winter) and now this year my heat is set at 78 upstairs and down but my house is no warmer than 65!! After talking to MANY people including a couple of HVAC SPECIALISTS! I was told that I was taken advantage of and that the system is not right for my size of house … not to mention it’s not a good system and the filter upstairs is expensive and can only be bought online unless I order through Masters!! Well speaking of FILTERS!! I was told I didn’t have ANY FILTERS in my units I would just have to clean the units!! Luckily my boys checked and low and behold I have a $50 filter upstairs!! Yea ! Change THAT every 3 months! Well it’s still not working correctly but they want to charge me $300 to come and look at it!! At this point!! I’m not paying $300 every year to have it looked at!! I have lost enough and have been taken advantage of long enough! I’d rather have someone who knows what they’re doing come help me! I shouldn’t have to have 3 service calls in 2 years!!! They not only did this to me but my son has had issues too and I’m done!! I’m not a woman you want to take advantage of because my husband could fix anything and I KNOW I’m getting screwed!! I may be female but I’m not stupid !! Would NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!! Sad that the upstairs unit isn’t working AGAIN and I got no response to this review! I do believe that I chose the wrong company and will find a way to make it right even it’s legal action!"

"We have a mid 1960s house that only had electric ceiling heat. We had a geothermal put in. They had to use some ingenuity to do it as we have a finished basement so they had to run the ductwork in the attic. Not pleased with some details, but over all it is 100% better than ceiling heat."
