"If I could give 0 stars, I would. I went in for a dip and was extremely disappointed. 6 of my 10 fingers were bleeding because he got too close with the tool. He did not seem to think that was a big deal when I said something about it. 1 of my nails has a discoloration, and multiple nails are uneven. Would not recommend to anyone."

"I really liked when Tony did my nails, but he has not been available recently. There is a new tech that goes by Ashley, she is EXTREMELY rude....horribly loud and a TERRIBLE technician. She had a screaming match with the very nice and polite lady who sits at the first table about the price of my service. She did a horrible job, argued with me and interrupted me when I tried to explain to her what she was doing wrong. I will NEVER go back just because she makes the whole experience horrible. I have heard of MANY other bad experiences with this person, she shouldn't be in a customer service role."

"I can’t thank them enough!! I walked in right before they closed the Monday before Thanksgiving and asked if anyone could squeeze me in for a full set. They said yes even though it was late! Then, my nail artist proceeded to give me the best acrylics I’ve ever had. She didn’t rush at all despite it being so late. They’re literally perfect, and I can’t stop looking at them. I showed her pictures of the color and shape I wanted (red and short coffin), and she exceeded my expectations. Everywhere near where I live was booked up, and they literally saved me just in time for my boyfriend’s birthday the next day, my birthday the day before thanksgiving, and the thanksgiving parties I have Thursday and Friday. I am SO THANKFUL for this nail salon and my nail artist!!! They are simply AMAZING!!!! Above and beyond!"

"Don’t do it. I had beautiful shaped nails before I came and they look like absolute trash now. The man that did my gel manicure seriously rushed everything and even hit my skin with the drill while taking off my old gel. Never said a word. Also, they use DIRTY EQUIPMENT. The soak off liquid was murky from being used all day, the drill head was disgusting, the UV light was filthy inside, and the tabletop was covered in powder/polish. On top of that, my nails look horrible. Edges are jagged and rough, the polish looks horrible, and there is gel on my skin. Seriously, stay away from this place."

"Absolutely terrible! Decided to take my daughter for mani and pedi for some girl time. I ended up with a cut on my toe because he was so rough. Got to feel the burn of that while I sat through the worst mani. Gel polish that came off 2 days later. Just careless and not worth all that money. Never will i come back. Oh and I hope you get surveyors in soon!"
