"Got quotes from a few companies for siding. Unique was the worst at almost DOUBLE the second highest quote. It's the classic tactic of a salesperson coming out and trying to win you over with the hope you won't get other quotes and realize how much you're getting ripped off. I said no then. But they keep calling me. Over and over. I say no each time and sometimes they still try to talk about other services they have. Stop. It's never a good sign when a contractor is this desperate for work."

"There was an eight-month delay in this project waiting for another construction company to install a new roof. When I finally let them know that the roof was finished, they came to the job site and installed the gutters in a day and a half. I really appreciate the accommodation to my needs and the timely response when notified. BYT - It has been raining for the past 12 hours and the new gutters are performing flawlessly. Superb job and service to client!"

"Perfect. That is the word I'd use to describe the process from start to finish. I had a difficult project that I wanted done ( see photo: replacing small windows in the dining room with a sliding glass door leading to the backyard) Not only was the service spot on and the quote super, super reasonable for the project but the crew was in and out in 1 day! (I still can't believe it) They were super professional and cleaned up EVERYTHING! I seriously can't say enough good things about this company. I am beyond happy with the final product. The sliding glass door itself is perfect, superior quality, and the work they did to put it in is flawless. They make super difficult jobs seem incredibly easy and Unique also followed up with a call to see how we liked everything and info about tons of great ways to get deals with them in the future simply by being a customer. 10/10! Having a company cut a huge hole into your house can be nerve-racking but their quality assurance is a huge plus and the guys working there are very talented at what they do. We absolutely love the renovation and it went PERFECT!"

"They came in for a quote. Was very very very over priced. Came in again after other companies came in for a quote. Ended up quoting us cheaper than the competition, almost half the price of the original quote. Came in did their work. Paid attention to the animals making sure they didn't get out. Were nice. I don't remember the name of the dude, but he's the sales manager or whatever and he was the best person to work with out of them all. They cleaned up really good too. The work was 5 star. The only reason for the missing star was the initial run around I was given."
