"My family and friends have been staying here annually for the last 11 years. We love the view of Lake Erie and the fully furnished home. We are within minutes of the strip, shopping, restaurants and family fun...and at the same time, the beach house is located where the noise of the nightlife on the strip doesn't interfere with our watching a peaceful sunset on the huge deck. The Campbell family are extremely knowledgeable of the area attractions, best dining, and the best beaches. They genuinely care for the guests they host and are quick to answer questions. We have never had a bad experience!!!!"

"Campbell Beach House is a wonderful lakefront rental home. It is one of the few rental homes around Geneva-on-the-Lake that has a stunning, unobstructed, full view of Lake Erie. It is a lovely, large home that tons of space. It has big livingroom with a breath-taking view of the lake. It is updated with a huge, clean, modern kitchen that has plenty of large countertops and a dining area that offers a view of the lake. The dining room area has frenchdoors that open to a view of a woods-where we even saw deer quietly grazing. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable-perfect for our family. There is an amazing raised deck on the front of the home that is huge. We were able to serve meals and entertain 3 families comfortably. The yard is awesome-enormous! Our kids were able to play a full game of wiffleball and kickball in the yard since it's so large. They have a very large private, driveway that we were able to safely park our boat, jet skis, and motorcycle on without any worries of damage or theft. We even were able to drive our boat and jet skis to the water edge, adjacent to the house (the lake has a sandy bottom in that area) which was perfect to drop the anchors and play on the water's edge and even run up and grill a nice lunch! They are so reasonablely priced compared to the other Geneva on the Lake rentals I encourage you to stay there. Campbell Beach House is a hidden gem on Lake Erie-absolutely perfect!"
