"Expensive Mistake! For an appt scheduled at 3, I took my time picking a polish bc I wasn't asked to sit to soak (in cool) water until after 3:30. I selected the basic mani&pedi for $50. The pedicure and massage felt great, but my heels weren't pumiced. The grater was used briefly, but then there was no 'buffing' to smooth. My past polish wasnt even fully removed. Asking for gold sparkle add on was treated like a big inconvenience, tho I was happy with the final result of a touch of sparkle. I wanted dip mani, and after finally selecting my color, my nails were clipped, barely filed, and nothing was done to my cuticles. To me, that's not a manicure. He did run the dremel to 'file' my nails after the last coat. But, the dip is still uneven, thick, and all over my fingers. When I asked go have the excess removed from my fingertips, he filed my skin! Then was charged $85 for this "service". Worst hundred bucks spent. I know these are not major life problems, but what a colossal disappointment."
