"I was just in the nail salon on Sat July 31,2021. I paid $36 for a French Shellac. I gave her a $5 tip. It’s not even a week later and my shellac is already chipping. Only 4 days later! I will not NOT be back. Such a waste of money. I feel like I just threw $41 in the trash can! I’m not happy with the services at all!"

"I love this place! I’ve only been there twice and they remembered who I was the 2nd time I ever came in (which was 6 months after my first appointment)! They are super friendly and do great work! Lam was the first person who ever did a service on me there and he is a great guy! My mom made an appointment there a few weeks after my second time going there and they recognized she was my mom by her last name and they were super sweet to her. 10/10 recommend to anyone who wants good service."

"We have lived in Ohio for 2 years and gone to a new salon every other month. We finally came to Lamour and I cannot say enough about the service they provide. The first visit, I came in 2 minutes to closing and when I asked “what time do you close”, Lam said “right after I finish your service”. He took his time and my nails have NEVER looked better. The next week, I brought in my daughter and typically when you bring in kids, they rush through and don’t do a complete service. She was treated like an adult and he remembered the conversations we had a few weeks before we he did my nails. I have found my new salon and will recommend them time and time again."
