"YALL SUCK!!! I came to get my nails done on Tuesday to get a fill in. I had diamonds on both pinky nails and when I got there the technician in number 8 and number 9 laughed and said the Technician who did my nails the last time put too much glue. As I explained to them my nails lasted two weeks with none of the diamonds coming off so obviously it worked. I also explained that number 7 is who previously did my nails and that is why she put as much glue so that it could last. I left and the very next day diamonds were falling off my nails, BOTH NAILS. Wednesday I came back and number 8 “fixed” them or at least she THOUGHT she did. I told her then that she needed to add more glue in order for my nails to last. I paid $105 for my nails and gave her a $20 tip when I first got them done so there is no reason why my nails should have been chipped and diamonds falling off the way they were by day two. She “fixed” them Wednesday and here we are today, FRIDAY, and my diamonds are off my nails AGAIN. It’s not the way I got my nails, it’s the technician. I want a refund asap or I will be disputing. I should not have to come back a third time for this technician to not know what she is doing. I told her these nails was for my baby shower this weekend and it don’t make no sense that they didn’t even last throughout the week. Yall need to get it together and get people who actually want to work."

"This is the second attempt doing my toes over. It was worse the first time! I usually have a good experience but this time I got someone that I feel like was inexperienced. He rushed through my deluxe pedicure and was completely sloppy on how he polished my nails. I came out really upset TWICE by the way and $75 less in my pockets! Smh never again!"

"When I Say I Will Go To This Location again, I Mean NEVER EVER. Back story I haven’t had my nails done in like 3yrs due to working for Amazon Delivering Packages. I had a sister recommend me To HANNAH at this location. My appt. At 10am I got there at 9:55am. She get there at 10:20am. Not a sorry for me being late nor did your greet me once so ever. Total silence throughout Appt. Just asked me if this was my number and picture I sent her & wash my hands. Seem she had an attitude the entire time. I ain’t get design or nothing I want French tip in black which is crooked and sheer, she only put one coat of gel polish on my nails you can see through my nails. My French tip is not even on eight fingers only two nails I like is the glitter nails. Wish I paid with card so I could’ve disrupt the charge but I paid in cash for this Mess. $65 to exact"
