"RNBD Home Services & Design replaced the original iron drain and water lines in a second-floor bathroom in our 76-year-old Cape Code house in Ellet, Ohio. They used PVC for the new drain and PEX plumbing pipe for the water lines. For the two-person crew, it was a significant Job (i.e., a lot of hard work on this old house). It took them approximately three days to complete. Initially, Ryan provided the job cost estimate. The quote was reasonable and did not change because of Ryan’s knowledge and experience about what must be done before the job started. So, there were no surprises for me, at least. Also, there was excellent customer service by Brandy and the staff. They answered my questions promptly, kept me in the loop of any changes, and coordinated the logistics without any issues.
