"Beautiful farm animals that would come right up to you if you were calm and quiet. Equally gorgeous trails across the rode."
"We came just before 4pm, so not many animals were available, but we still had a good time and enjoyed a lovely time on the swing by the lake."
"We love going to Carriage Hill. I work nearby, so it’s quick to get to. The trails around the pond are great for wildlife watching and plant spotting. The visitor center is great with a fun history of the land. We’ve been fortunate enough to see the blacksmith at work. There are also some friendly cats on the property. We’ve gotten to pet a lot of farm animals, and they have the sweetest little donkey."
"This park has lots to offer...history, hiking, horse back riding and fishing. The visitor center relates a lot of interesting history. It has a nice activity room for kids. The store is very nice too. I always enjoy coming here."
"We only got to see few animals and go to little store and it rained on us but it is by far one of most interesting and fun places my kids and I have visited this summer. Can't wait to go when everything is open. Farmhouse and buildings that come life in 19th century fashion pony rides fishing at the lake etc. And lady who runs store only buys from local craftsman and has anything you need to fully enjoy carriage hill including lots of old time candy at old time prices. Cheaper than store hint hint Halloween and Christmas! Loved it ♡"
