"Had a manicure done Thursday and got beautiful cat eye gel nails. Last night it cracked down the middle on my pinky. I called today and they told me to come in anytime and they would fix it. Everyone I have ever worked with has been very friendly and helpful and they got me fixed up right away with no additional charge! Definitely recommend. Lou and Tommy worked with me and they were the best!"
"I have come to this location because I’ve always had a perfect pedicure…$109 but the last 2x it’s been just aweful, I was there last Saturday, not a busy day. I have cuts bruises and my polish on my right foot is destroyed."
"I’ve been coming here on and off for years and after a couple of bad fill ins I decided to stop wasting my money. After a three month-ish hiatus, I returned again, still disappointed. Their services are nowhere near what they’re worth. I got a full set with gel & it was $70. I made a couple of corrections during the first attempt, but eventually had her switch to a different shape after it became clear the skill level wasn’t there to complete the shape I wanted. After we went back and re-shaped and painted again it was obvious to me that if a simple almond look couldn’t be completed, then there wasn’t much this tech could correct that I would probably walk out happy with. What I wanted is shown in the filtered picture from the night I was proposed to. There is some regrowth, but I didn’t want to leave room for this business to blame my nail bed for why my desired shape couldn’t be accomplished. What I got left an ugly amount of space exposed so regrowth will show sooner than necessary. The edges are all bumpy. Some nails are different lengths. The nails are all uneven on the top. It also bothered me that no cuticle care occurred nor were they pushed back. I hardly ever speak up, but I’m really tired of going into these places and paying an absurd amount of money to a business who fails to keep skilled techs. It seems service gets worse and worse, but yet they still raise prices."
"To be honest, I hate them. This is why I don’t get my nails done. You can’t tell from the picture but all of them are uneven. My middle finger nail is crooked like it’s leaning along with both ring fingers. . She didn’t file them down right. And when she was doing them she yanked my hand around and was rude. I was polite and respectful. And just overall they look stupid. They look a mess. The white part is way too thick/wide."
"BEWARE! Anthony Vince Nail Spa does not deserve even 1 star. I had my nails done yesterday, 4/26 and hated my experience. I never expect perfect but I do expect to get what I paid for especially seems how I don't ask for anything absurd. I have had my nails done for the last 6-7 years routinely. I have had some not so good experiences but this was by far the absolute worse. The white nail picture is the inspiration I had for my nails minus the stones. As you see, they are no where near close. There is not 1 nail with a straight point; or even somewhat even sides to the black portion; some of the pink is see through because she did not put enough acrylic powder (she even noticed, said "oh that looks bad" and LEFT IT); I had to tell her to add more acrylic near my skin as I could see a decent amount of my nails-she informed me that they normally leave a space so they don't touch the skin with the drill which I have never heard of that before (you can see in a few pictures there are still gaps); she did not have the correct tools to edge the black - she was using nail tips to edge the black; all of my nails are different thicknesses, you can see underneath my nails some of the black that she did not scrape off completely; my thumb nails are shorter than my finger nails and 1 is much shorter than the other; she began to put acrylic on my non-shaped nails and I had to remind her to shape them into coffin before doing so; it took her OVER an hour to glue on tips, shape the nails, add and shape just the black portion of the acrylic. After correcting her multiple times, I gave up and just let her finish as I was too far into have her pull everything off. It probably would have took her even longer to pull everything off. My own boyfriend was very disappointed in how we were treated and how this whole process happened. On top of it all, she tried to OVER CHARGE me what I was quoted!! I was quoted around $42. She tried charging me just over $60 which supposedly was discounted!! I had to talk to 4 people, all of whom who acted like they had no idea what was going on even after I showed them my nails. Mind you while all this is going on, 1 lady was getting a pedicure and was constantly correcting the 2 ladies that were for her appointment, and a HS student's mother was having words with her daughter's tech trying to figure out if they had rhinestones (which they do not - so weird) along with a few other issues. I'm sure I am missing something, but this is more than enough. Never again, life lesson. It is now water under the bridge and I will never go back. Not even to have my nails corrected. Save yourself time, and money. **UPDATE** 4 days after I had my nails done, the acrylic on my nails began to lift at the base of my mail snagging everything. Fast forward to 2.5 weeks after I got my nails done, I close a door and my nail barely touches the door knob and snapped my nail that was lifting. The entire tip snapped off as if the glue was never on my nail. New pictures are uploaded"
