"I won’t return. I’ve visited their salon for the first time on October 13, 2023 I wanted a long French tip and they charge à la cart for everything and the pricing Is was very confusing. One of the women techs were aggressive in making me make a decision and I couldn’t understand her well. The male tech who did my nails was able to help me understand what she was saying. His work was below average however and he didn’t listen to my request for thin frenchies despite showing 3 photos. My nails are lumpy, polish sloppy, and my real nails weren’t clipped appropriately so they show underneath and on the sides on some of my nails. Me and my bestie wanted a little pampering and we didn’t get that experience here. First photo was right after when I noticed my middle finger white tip was crooked. I was too drained from the experience to go back and ask for a correction. Another woman came back in to get her nail’s fixed and I don’t like they way they spoke to her."
