"I am one of those people that gives a review only when there are extremes – one end or the other. 5 Star, 10 Star, 20 Star, whatever the highest rating choice would be, this company, atTEN99, husband and wife team, Aaron and Jacalyn, deserves all of it! I was selling my 1890 home, with several things that needed to be done before we put it on the market….Trim work in a newly remodeled kitchen that had not been completed by the remodeler, dry wall patching in different areas throughout the house, painting 3 bedrooms, a large basement and trim work throughout, installing a window, replacing a window, installing an AC/Heater window unit on the 4th floor, rebuilding stairs and railings outside, fixing soffits and decking, a true “Jack of All Trades” and doing all of this after I had already moved away. The work was outstanding, the cleanup was great, and the fact that I could trust that it was getting done within a certain time frame AND without me being there and having to check on everything was Priceless. Their pricing was very fair and we put the house on the market within a relatively short period of time. BUT, this wasn’t the end….after selling and having the Home inspection there were some small things that I agreed to have fixed, that had not been on my list. atTEN99, was again, at my service. If peace of mind, exceptional work and great communication are what you’re looking for … look no further… you’ll find it all and then some in this “dynamic duo”. Again, thank you Aaron & Jacalyn."
