"Chris was incredibly professional and timely. The quote supplied by Mr Handyman was incredibly competitive. I got figures from two places and Mr handyman was substantially lower than my other quote for the same project. They also had a one week lead time for the project versus the 6-8 weeks lead time quoted by the mitigation company. Don’t have a great before picture (lol my wife took it and I was trying to not be peeved about the mess) but our cabinets were ripped out, and floor stripped down to subfloor due to water damage. We had them put new luan, underlayment, and flooring in our kitchen where we had water damage under our sink. They then put back the cabinet that was salvageable, a new one, and reinstalled our sink, garbage disposal, and reinstalled our dishwasher, (we’re going to re-paint the cabinet and install hardware ourselves). Really fast, really affordable, very friendly, professional, great customer service. They’ve won my business for all small to medium projects I want to hire out for in the future."

We also discussed some other issues to be dealt with at a later date, including pressure, washing one side of the house and painting the bathroom ceiling in the master bath.
