"Nobody enjoys walking into their garage seeing water backing up into the house. I googled drain cleaning in a panic, read through reviews, and called 1 Tom Plumber immediately. It was 11 am and they got my on the schedule at 1-3, but asked if it was okay if they came early, which I was fine with. Conner G. arrived almost exactly an hour after I called. I showed him the problem, he explained what the issue was and how he knew it was that (which I really appreciated), laid out our options, and he got to work. Within thirty minutes, our drain was cleaned and we were ready to go. Conner was friendly and efficient. He showed me pictures and videos at that end (emailed them as well) which was a nice feature. It was an overall great experience and would recommend this company to anybody. Thank you Conner! :D"

"I've never heard of 1Tom Plumber. After several attempts with my Home town Plumber's I called 1-Tom. Conner showed up less than hour later. After walking my street and back of house checking Sanitary lines, he concluded that it was the Cities lines backed up. After some exploratory look at my clean outs Conner was sure that snaking would not correct the sewer backup. He was absolutely correct! Definitely will lock 1-Tom Plumbing in my contacts and will let anyone know if they need a 24 Hr/Emergency service. Great Job Conner!"
