They did an exceptional job in a timely manner, very polite and respectful, id also like to give a huge shout out to Tyler, for getting exactly what I asked for and wanted. Tyler was very helpful and respectful. Tyler made sure everything went exactly according to plan. Would definitely recommend The Door Guys to everyone. "Don’t call these guys. They are the rip-off guys. Asked them to change a spring on simple home garage door and they tried to tell me that I needed other things that weren’t broken or bad. They wanted over $500 to change a simple spring that cost $30. I sent them away and then they try to send you bill for coming out. They never tell you this stuff upfront. I will never call this company and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone that I know."

"I made an appointment to have a new Craftsman garage door opener put on one of my doors. He called to see if he could come early (Yes, please!). He was very professional, and answered all of our questions. After he was done, he went back to the shop to get a bracket to reinforced the door. I would definitely recommend The Door Guys for all of your door needs."

"During the sub zero chills around Christmas my old crusty door wouldn't open. I ended up breaking the spring, but knowing the door needed replaced I called to see about having them come and and give me their opinion on what needed to be done. From Emily that answered the phone, Dominic that originally came out the next day, Tyler the sales guy, and Mike and his partner that installed the door the next day I cannot say enough good things about these guys! As much as I didn't feel like spending a few grand on a new door / opener they made the whole experience seamless! A first class local company. Hopefully some of the heating and cooling folks I have dealt with in Marion can take a lesson from these guys on what true customer service is. It starts with the initial contact and Emily put me at ease immediately and gave me the info I needed to move forward. Keep it up! Shocked that they aren't at 5 stars, but there is always a whiner that feels slighted... Thanks again!"

"I found these guys thanks to google! I had been having trouble scheduling with another company for over a week to come install my garage door opener. I called this morning, gave them my information and asked how soon they could do it. The guy on the phone Tim who took my call said they could be there today when asked what time he replied writhing the hour. The two techs who showed up were friendly and helpful. They had the opener installed in just a couple hours, then they checked everything a few times to make sure everything was in good working order. They cleaned up after they were finished, and got the invoice squared away. I am so happy with the work. I will definitely call them for any future jobs!"
