"We arrived home late from the Halloween Parade to find that over half of our home was either out of power, or had power that was flickering on and off. I of course was worried about faulty wiring and potentially a house fire. My husband, Josh, attempted the circuit breaker and nothing changed. We then called ENM at 11:45pm. Eric answered and he was very honest with us that there was an after hours fee to have him come out, and that if it was an AEP problem, there wasn't anything he could do, but he was happy to come out. He didn't come out "when he could" or "in a couple hours", no, he said "I'll be there in 12 minutes." It was so reassuring to have him take us seriously and to come out to see what he could do. He was polite and friendly the entire time he was here and even joked around with my husband. Yes it was after midnight at this point, but we never felt rushed or brushed off. It was an AEP issue, but Eric called them for us and got the ball rolling. It was so nice to have peace of mind though. In the end, we had our power restored within about 2 hours. We later learned that Eric owns ENM. You don't find many business owners who actually take care of customers themselves anymore! I highly recommend their services and look forward to working with them in the future."
