"I hate leaving reviews like this but I have no choice. My landlord hired the company to look at my furnace because it wouldn't run, so the tech checks the pressure switch and comes to the conclusion that it is bad. He replaced it and then calls it good. Sure that fixed it so far but he Nevers checks anything else, no safety devices and most importantly the heat exchanger. My furnace is somewhere between 30-35 years oldit would be nice to make sure the heat exchanger is not damaged especially since the furnace was installed already being used. I was not very happy that important things were not checked. I could have said something to the tech but it wasn't my place since my landlord was the one who hired the company but I did mention it to my landlord more than once. While my landlord has no knowledge about furnaces, I do and know what should be checked. From now on I will just fix my furnace myself whenever possible as long as I can get the parts because apparently companies can't be trusted to check very important things that absolutely need to be checked. wants to hire this company in the future I will have to"
