"I’ve never purchased anything from here, but I did drop off a 20’ U-Haul on the 5th of this month. I originally picked it up in Kent. When returning the uhaul it seemed like they barely wanted to let me in the store. The doors were locked and I waited a few minutes. After I handed the keys over, no inspection was done, no paperwork was asked to be signed and they were short. After leaving and checking my U-Haul app a few days later, it stated that the rental was still active. As in, I still had the truck?!?? They then want to charge $ for all those days it sat in their parking lot. I do believe this place is a scam. My bill went from $167.00 dollars paid, to now I owe $481.00 on top of that. Not gonna happen. I’ll report you to the BBB, FTC, Attorney generals office. My original one way quote was $57.00. So if they double the price when you drop it somewhere else (18 mins down the road) then it would be $114.00. Not $648.00 smh. Please don’t get played by these guys like our company did!!!!"
