"I went to AutoZone to get some tire sealant spray because my tire kept going flat. Neil asked me if I needed any help finding the item, and after asking him a few questions, he offered to inspect my wheel before purchasing. He ended up finding a nail in my tire! He recommended I buy a tire repair kit instead, and he removed the nail and did the repair for me. Very pleased to find someone who was willing to go above and beyond for a customer. "This was the worst customer experience of my life. I don’t think anything will top this store. I went to get a battery change & the associate didn’t install it correctly ending up messing my car. I spend 1 month trying to get money from them to fix my car. I ended getting in touch with Lauren the regional manager which made the situation worse, I had to be rude with her and very pushy for things to get resolved. The associate who messed up my car at the store wasn’t event helpful either through the process. We all mess up but wats important is wat you do after the mess up. This store is the worst autozone store I have been to in the area. I never experience incompetence at the highest level. Confusion, disorganization, chaos, incompetence, best description of this store. Overall top tier worst experience!"
