"While I’m no stranger to Kings of Vapor stores this was my first visit to this location. I was impressed by their well stocked display cases and merchandise. I went in looking for CBD cream, while I didn’t find what I was looking for they do have a wide selection of CBD products. They not only carry their traditional vape devices and juice but they also carry a lot of 420 friendly merchandise. Their employee who was working at the store when I came in was not only professional and knowledgeable he was also very friendly."

"Staff is always helpful, although sometimes their selection is a bit bare since they move so much product. Update 11/6 was the second consecutive visit that I felt like i as a customer was a burden. (Same employee) showed no interest in being helpful, courteous, or know his product lines. He must have had better things to do more than an hour before store closes. My gf and i looked at each other upon leaving and said " wow he made me feel like we were a burden" she said "yes! That's the word i was looking for! So im done going in there now. Too many shops around to be treated as a hassle. Only got 1 star is because they had the coils i needed."

"I went in to get my juice and the guy there was acting like he didn't even want to help me and he ended up giving me the wrong juice. I wanted regular flavor and he gave me freeze. Now I'm stuck with an over-priced bottle of menthol juice that I could have gotten at my regular shop for 10 dollars cheaper. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone, instead go to Westside vapor on nave rd. Much more helpful and better prices."

"I'm a regular here and I specifically come here for my homegirl Michelle. I live up in akron and I still come here. She is my favorite clerk; she's knowledgeable, patient, understanding of people's problems, and great to talk to. Personally I think her manager should put her up for a payrate increase ASAP. she makes this vape shop a delight to come back to."

"Stopped in today to pick up a new tank or two, staff is very helpful and doesn't try to sell you something you don't need. They listen to what your needs are and then make the best recommendation they can. Convenient to have a high quality vape shop closer to my house. Good specials on their house juices too, highly recommend and will be using them as my go-to shop from now on."
