"This smoke shop steals points on 5 star app. I received 15 notifications on my phone after I left today saying that my points were being redeemed. I thought it was weird after I paid that the employee asked me to put my phone number back in. I didn't think anything of it until I left and got all those notifications. When I called and asked the employee why my points where being redeemed he told me that I shouldn't have ever had that many points and no one was redeeming them that they were just fixing the system. Even those my phone literally showed all 4000 points had been redeemed one after another. This place is a scam. Don't shop here!!!!!! When I called the store to ask what happened the store employee told me that he corrected a mistake in my account. Not understanding that I use this point app for multiple different stores. When he kept talking over top of me I hung up and him and so this store employee started texting my phone telling me that I was trying to steal from their company by requesting me requesting the point back that they took off my card. Super horrible service."
