"BUYER BEWARE! Do not buy vape pen batteries from here. They last less than a month and the customer satisfaction is non existent. I purchased a couple vape pen batteries that lasted less than a month each. I hate purchasing things frequently and would rather spend more money to get a good product. Anyway, I asked about the quality and if it doesn’t last, what is the return policy. I was told 30 days and MUST have original packaging and receipt. I understand you have to have a policy but when someone calls and tells you both items stopped working in less than a month, I’d think there would be some sort of customer satisfaction. Well I had thrown away the packaging, assuming he wouldn’t sell me a faulty product, and was told there was nothing they could do since I did not have the packaging."
