"Called to inquire about vape cartridges,did call twice to check prices.Woman was rude,short with me and they don't deserve my business"

"I usually go here to support local business, even tho my batteries have broken after 6 months lol: I went there to replace my battery again, and I made a joke that they keep braking, and said oh maybe I keep dropping them. She laughed and said "probably". Okay harmless. I go to test the device in the parking lot in my car it won't turn on; it won't charge, the instructions say it will flash when charging, there NO activity or power. I go back in and she said well you just left and something is probably wrong with your car.: a 2022 Santa Fe. She took it in the back and said it's charging. And then said let me show you. She tried 3 different outlets and it didn't work. So I asked about a refund, and she said "the thing is we don't do refunds or exchanges because we don't know what happens after you leave out the door" I said you sold it to me broken, that's why I tested it in parking lot. She got so aggravated the more she was proven wrong..so she just kept getting rider and ruder. I told her not to speak to me like that, and stop being rude. She went on a rant and said “maybe you just don’t like what you’re being told” I just said OKAY, cuz I’m an adult. I told her to just give it back, I will call them for the warranty. She came back and dropped it with two fingers so petty and ignorant. I no longer support the business because she's the ONLY worker there . Waste of 70 bucks and time. And now I have to also contact a legal department for fraudulent sales."

"I had been very happy with the service I received at Papa Smokes until I switched from Lost Mary disposables to a Uwell pod system and needed new pods. they either knowingly sold me incompatible pods or are not knowledgeable enough in their own industry to actually help their customers, then refused to refund the incorrect product. a ridiculous business model that just lost them at least a dozen customers smh"

"So today I decided to try Papa Smokes out for the 1st time. I've driven past it on several occasions and was looking for a specific product called Extrax. I went in with the hopes of it being here. I run into a nice young lady by the name of Brandi who greeted me with such enthusiasm which drew me to her right off the bat!bay!! I told her what I was looking for and they did have the product in 3 different flavors just not the one I was looking into getting. I was about to leave and she asked what actually are the ingredients you were looking into grabbing today. I showed her and she pointed me to a newer product THC-P. All I am going to say is.....Brandi knows what she is talking about. She sounded very educated on the product she was selling which that in itself will definitely bring me back again.
