"I am so pleased with this whole practice. The women at the front desk were so friendly and accommodating, the dental assistants were so helpful and comforting and Dr. Thatcher was beyond phenomenal. He was personable and compassionate, you can tell he truly cares about the patients. I had an unbelievably painful infected tooth that needed pulled and they were able to get me in right away. They were all very thorough and answered any questions I had. It was so nice to have a dentist actually talk to me throughout the procedure because it made me feel way less anxious and one of his assistants even held my hand when she could tell the extraction was getting a little painful for me. Just that simple gesture was more comforting than she could ever imagine. I would give them a 10 out of 5 stars if I could."

"Absolutely amazing, no question. My insurance was going to end this year, and I desperately needed to have 5 teeth pulled for my braces. The woman I spoke with on the phone was very understanding and found a way to get me in despite the very short notice. She told me all the information I would need from my insurance beforehand and helped me with the entire process. When I went to get the teeth pulled, everyone was very nice and reassuring. They had to put me under and everyone in the room was very good at helping calm my nerves before I was under. I also got to keep my teeth!! I've never had oral surgery before, but I am on day 6 of healing, can almost speak normally, and no longer need the pain medication. My wisdom teeth seem to be healing lovely, I can close my mouth, and swelling has subsided. My jaw is sore and stiff, but that is probably to be expected. I was, literally, so scared. Thank you all so much for helping me, and being such amazing people."
